Réalta Mara, Irish Gaelic for Star of the Sea, embodies the spirit of growth and the boundless opportunities of the ocean. Like a starfish regenerating new limbs, we too can grow—especially when we work together.

Sarah is a learner of personal and professional growth. Her dedication to working on herself has made her a confident believer in her own power. After years of challenges, not recognizing her strengths, and holding back from her potential out of fear of failure, embarrassment, or even success, she finally became the person she was meant to be. She realized her struggles were actually gifts, and with that knowledge, she put her lessons into action, discovering her life’s success story was hers to claim. 

Now, as owner and founder of Réalta Mara, she’s passionate about helping people and small businesses realize the potential they already have. Strategic yet caring, challenging yet compassionate, she’s excited to help others clear away the cobwebs and step into the life they’re meant to live. Through coaching and consulting, Sarah shares what she’s learned and practices what she preaches—every single day. For all the things. 

One day, as an old wise man was walking along the shore, he looked down the beach and saw a human figure moving like a dancer. He smiled to himself at the thought of someone who would dance to the day, and so, he walked faster to catch up.  As he got closer, he noticed that was not dancing at all. The young man was reaching down to the shore, picking up small objects, and throwing them into the ocean.  He came closer still and called out "Good morning! May I ask what it is that you are doing?"  The young man paused, looked up, and replied "Throwing starfish into the ocean."  "I must ask, then, why are you throwing starfish into the ocean?" asked the somewhat startled man.  To this, the young man replied, "The sun is up and the tide is going out. If I don't throw them in, they'll die."  Upon hearing this, the man commented, "But, young man, do you not realize that there are miles and miles of beach and there are starfish all along every mile? You can't possibly make a difference!"  At this, the young man bent down, picked up yet another starfish, and threw it into the ocean. As it met the water, he said, "It made a difference for that one."

Just as the young boy couldn't make a difference for all the starfish on the beach, at Réalta Mara, we believe we can make a positive difference to those we encounter--and we can even dance together while we do it!
